The government of Albay is preparing to for the arrival of the Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio, he will launch in Albay environmental promotion and protection activities in the next month.Leonardo is the known of his very good role from “Titanic”, as well as other successful movies, will be in Albay provincial for a long week visit.Joey Salceda the Albay Governor, instructed Albay official tourism to line up activities that would tap the skills of DiCaprio, the Joyce Ramirez confirmed that Leonardo DiCaprio would arrive in Albay on board a private jet in the first week of August.

The Albay provincial is visited by 15-20 typhoons every year, and the government has put in place zero casualty measures against the hazards of lahar flash floods, landslides and flooding.
